Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@sariecompany.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sarie Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
