All Sales Are Final

At Sarie Company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Why

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sariecompany.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will review your claim and work to make it right.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at hello@sariecompany.com and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
